Warning: Many pictures, many are terrible. Following up on Zippy’s post, I also went to the junkyard today. This is all from the Pick N Pull in Tacoma, Wa.

Kinja'd!!!

This was a really nice car, no need for it to be here.

Kinja'd!!!

A really fucked up F150

Kinja'd!!!

Sweet van life, this had custom grill, aftermarket intake, flares, and of course.......Shag

Kinja'd!!!

Couple of Volvos, had another couple wagons farther back, all looked good

Kinja'd!!!

Nice old Mercedes.

Kinja'd!!!

This was a great Benz, I saw it last week with the euro lights and full grill, gorgeous in that color and super nice overall. Everytime I see one of these old MBs in a junkyard I have to go open and close the doors a couple times, its so goddamn satisfying.

Kinja'd!!!

yota mostly picked over but nice body

Kinja'd!!!

another rust free yota, this one was just put out

Kinja'd!!!

Jag, great car but looks like a tree fell on it

Kinja'd!!!

The nicest Plymouth Reliant K I have ever seen, possibly in existence.

Kinja'd!!! Kinja'd!!! Kinja'd!!!

Daytona with a completely stripped interior but untouched engine

Kinja'd!!!

Door handle on old XJ, don’t let your vehicle get to this point please.

Kinja'd!!!

A pretty awesome Dakota, besides being a Dakota, I actually like it.

Kinja'd!!!

Poor little Plymouth Horizon

Kinja'd!!!

Another neglected K car

Kinja'd!!!

A Reatta, I grabbed the hood badge off this one, gonna go back for the center caps. I like these a lot more after seeing this one, they are really nice.

Kinja'd!!!

A builder Mustang for 1300

Kinja'd!!! Kinja'd!!! Kinja'd!!! Kinja'd!!!

The belle of the ball, a 1995 Alfa Romeo 164L basically untouched, had a NJ map in it though. I grabbed the brake pedal cover as it had a little Alfa Badge on it. I’m really considering pulling the engine and rebuilding it in my garage just for fun.

Kinja'd!!! Kinja'd!!!

A Pulsar, very cool little car, actually saw a black one on the street the day before

Kinja'd!!!

They had several nice Burbans laying around

Kinja'd!!!

An older Golf, these always get stripped out in no time.

Kinja'd!!! Kinja'd!!!

Sweet Dodge Van, 72 I believe, I pulled the grill and mirrors off of this one for my brother

Kinja'd!!! Kinja'd!!! Kinja'd!!! Kinja'd!!!

So many Lebarons, I’ve never seen so many in one place before. The red one has a brand new top it looked like.

That is it for now. They also had several Preludes and a bunch of Celicas but I didn’t get pics. I’m going to a few other local yards in the next week too.

Also, try the junkyard in Machias sometime. Found a Harvester Travelal once.

You better hurry, it’ll be picked over soon The blue one had a really nice sliding rear window. Haven’t heard of that one before. I was gonna go to the one in Tumwater later this week.

I’m not gonna relink my old posts about it, but basically it’s been hell on earth finding parts for this truck. First gens are stripped to the bone before the dust even settles. Ultimately I gave up.

Doubt it but was the old dodge van a stick shift?

Edit ran the copart number and it’s an auto. Tho it should have the rear end center section. Willing to check it out for a lemons team. Might be the lsd we need.

If you see a taurus from between 1989 and 1991 that’s what I’m after. As far as the van is concerned I’m looking for a PC tube off the front of the engine and a distributor, both for a 302.

Depends on the year. We have a Dodge 8 3/4 Rear end. Some of the early D100/D150 have that rear end but most swapped to the 9 1/4 or Dana 60. Also looking for a 75-80 Dodge D100/150 A833 bellhousing. What was the name of the pick and pull. If your on facebook add me. Name is Kyle Ray-Smith. Easier to chat there or email me at supra681@gmail.com

I’ve wanted a Hawk kit since I saw it on top gear, and I would hate to see that Alfa go to waste. Even though it would probably be 10 years before I ever got it into a car.

At least its mechanical bits have all been saved, you would think somebody would want all the bits that make it a pulsar though, they are untouched in their 80s goodness

First year. It was built by a guy on here. Look up lemons ioe winner. Car will not be racing this year. Needs loads of work. The 727 automatic is dead. Working on the 4spd swap. As well as adding lsd. The car cost us $0. I picked it up from the forum that bought it. I made a joke about it and they said come get it. So we have $500 to play with. Hopefully it will be on track by middle of the year. Need to also buy my safety equipment.

Thats a sweet deal. Its a huge bonus to get a car that is precaged and you can do quite a bit within that 500 budget now

Yeah the cars suspension is sorted. Just need to fix the other stuff. Body work needs fixing. Let’s just say its a rust bucket up top.

I didn’t pay attention to it. I’m going back later this week and will look again. I just looked at some pictures online to see what you meant. Are you talking about the instrument cluster or the one in the center of the dash?

The center dash one. I’m sure I could find information if I wanted. Just curious, really.
